This micro-course introduces a discrete time stochastic Susceptible-Infectious model. We will cover the equations of the model and R code to simulate infection spread.

Prior knowledge of R is required, background knowledge of writing R functions (Write your own R function) and deterministic epidemic models (Introduction to Epidemic Modelling) is beneficial.
